User Agreement – Lou Bibby

By booking this service with Lou Bibby, you agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind or inability to attend.

Reschedule Policy If you wish to reschedule, you must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your booked date. Reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice will not be accommodated, and the booking will be forfeited.

Service Delivery The service will be delivered face-to-face at your clinic or agreed venue, as outlined in your booking confirmation. Lou Bibby will provide any agreed resources or materials relevant to the service.

Client Responsibilities You agree to ensure the availability of your staff/team for the scheduled service. You are responsible for providing a suitable space for the delivery of the service.

Limitation of Liability Lou Bibby is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of the strategies, training, or advice provided during the service.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
